I navigate the clinical environment with a quiet, unobtrusive presence, capturing the support of your partner and the intense beauty of your labor and delivery, even in tricky lighting
In-Home Births: I document the intimacy and comfort of your own space, focusing on the details—from the calming environment you created to the first skin-to-skin cuddles in your own bed
What’s Captured: The focus is on the "big" moments (the first breath, the first latch) and the "small" details (the clock, tiny toes, and your partner’s unwavering support)
The Commitment: To ensure I’m there, I am on-call 24/7 starting from 38 weeks until your baby arrives
Because every birth story unfolds at its own pace, there are no strict time limits on my presence. I typically arrive right before active labor (usually around 4-5 dilated). After your baby arrives, I stay for approximately 1–2 hours postpartum to document those unforgettable first moments, including skin-to-skin contact, the first feeding, and newborn measurements

A Fresh 48 session is a documentary-style photo shoot held within the first 24 to 48 hours of your baby's life
Taken right in your hospital room, birth center, or home, these sessions focus on the raw, quiet "firsts"
Capturing those fleeting details that change so fast—wrinkled feet, fuzzy shoulders, tiny hospital bracelets, and the umbilical cord stump
Documenting the unique details of your birth space, either it's clear hospital bassinet or home baby crib
Focusing on the first snuggles with parents and the emotional moment siblings or grandparents meet the baby for the very first time
No need for hair and makeup or perfect outfits
I use natural light and gentle guidance to capture the authentic, "unfiltered" love of your first hours together
How it works: I remain on-call around your due date. Once your baby is born, you simply send a text, and we schedule session during daylight hours before you are discharged
